our history

Our History | New Life Community Church had its start March 3, 1963, as Neighborhood Bible Church, where 42 people attended our first service. Initially, we met in two different dance studios and the Roseville Music Center until finally completing our first church building on Verner Avenue on October 3, 1964.

After outgrowing the location years later, we discovered our current location at

8101 Sunset Avenue in Fair Oaks. Along with our move in the spring of 1999 came a name change to New Life Community Church.

Our Mission | “Do Life at New Life”. For over 50 years, New Life’s mission and message have never changed, but our methods have. “Gathering, Growing, Serving and Sharing Life Together.”

Our Vision | “Equipping and empowering a community of healthy balanced believers to influence and impact our surrounding communities, nation and the world.”

new life over the years

  • new building

We moved into the Tom Thumb Market in the spring of 1999 and changed our name to New Life Community Church.

  • new name and logo

With the name change we had a new logo made and updated the new church building to make it suit our needs as a church.

  • 2022 building update

We launched the "Whatever It Takes" campaign in 2021, during a worldwide pandemic. The hope and prayer was to raise enough funds to update our building in two separate phases. We launched the campaign and continued to pray as we  receive donations.
