The Well is a ministry for moms at New Life Community Church—a place to be refreshed by God's Word, encouraged through authentic community, and strengthened for the beautiful calling of motherhood.

Who Can attend?

The Well is open to all moms of school aged children — you do not need to be a member of New Life Community Church to join us. Whether New Life is your home church, you're exploring faith, or you're simply looking for encouragement and community, we'd love to welcome you. Come as you are and invite a friend!

Meet Our leaders

The Well is led by Shannon Gale and Lisa Buck, and supported by an amazing team of women from New Life Community Church who are passionate about helping moms grow in their relationship with Jesus and encouraging one another through every season of motherhood.


Our leadership team is committed to creating a welcoming, grace-filled environment where women can experience authentic community, study God's Word together, and be reminded that they were never meant to walk this journey alone.
